Shipping Policy
At Lironava we believe your wellness journey should not begin with waiting. Every order is handled with care so your Lymphatic Wellness Drops reach you as quickly as possible, fresh, sealed and ready to support your body.
1. Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed the same or the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.
- During high volume periods such as promotional events, product launches or major holidays, processing may take up to 4 business days. We will keep you informed.
2. Shipping and Delivery Timeframes
United States. All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS. Estimated delivery after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days (where available)
International. International orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather or customs processing may affect transit times.
3. Order Tracking and Shipping Notifications
The moment your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Here is what to expect:
- Tracking links become active within 24 to 48 hours of shipment.
- If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please reach out and we will be happy to investigate.
- Check your spam or promotions folder if you have not received a confirmation email.
4. Shipping Delays
We do everything we can to meet our delivery windows, but some delays are beyond our control. Lironava is not liable for delays caused by:
- Carrier disruptions or service outages
- Severe weather or natural events
- Customs or import processing for international orders
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address before completing checkout. Lironava is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. Contact us right away at support@trylironava.com if you notice an address error after placing your order and we will do our best to intercept it.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us for assistance.
- Include your order number and a photo of any damaged packaging.
- We will work with you to make it right, whether that is a replacement, store credit or another resolution.
